A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2018 Highest 5362] The Defendant sold overseas delivery news on the bulletin board of the dog site operated by himself/herself at around February 26, 2018.

However, even if the defendant receives money from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to deliver the letter.

[2018 Highest 5664] On March 29, 2018, the Defendant posted a letter “sale of overseas delivery goods, such as shoes (e.g., shoes)” on the store bulletin board in the smartphone fluor at the shopping mall, and made a false statement to the victim F that reported and contacted this letter “on deposit in KRW 300,000,000,000”.
However, even if the defendant received money from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to send a new attack.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 300,000 from one bank account in the name of the Defendant on the same day from the victim, and received KRW 300,000 from April 23, 2018 as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Form 4, such as the list of crimes.
[2018 Highest 5828] On April 10, 2018, the Defendant posted a letter “sale of new overseas delivery” using smartphone display, and made a false statement to the victim G who contacted with the “10,000 won.”
