Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months and by a fine of 300,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On December 1, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and a fine of 200,000 won for fraud, theft, fabrication of private documents, and uttering of a falsified document at the Seoul Central District Court on December 1, 201. On October 11, 201, the Defendant completed the execution of imprisonment with prison labor in the North North Korean Prison No. 1 prison.

1. On July 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) without authority for the purpose of exercising the right at the G Telecom store operated by the Victim F in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E; (b) stated “H”, “I” in the subscriber’s resident registration number column; (c) “I” in the customer address column; (d) “K” in the customer address column; and “H” in the applicant column; and (e) written H’s signature to the above store employees, who may know of the fact, submitted an application for the Handphone membership to the said store; and (e) received 3 handphones from L immediately thereafter, issued 94,000 won at the galle of the market price.

In fact, the Defendant did not have been permitted by H to purchase a Handphone in his name, and even if purchasing a Handphone, there was no idea to pay the price, and it was thought that the Defendant would receive a Handphone from L and sell it in another place and acquire profits therefrom.

As a result, the Defendant forged the application form for taking-over of the Handphone in the name of H, which is a private document on rights and duties, and exercised it, used the above H’s resident registration number unlawfully, and acquired a copy of the gallon 3 handphone from the victim F.

2. On July 20, 2012, the Defendant, without authority, without authority in order to exercise the right at the Oburcom store operated by the victim N in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M, stated “H”, “I” in the subscriber’s resident registration number column, “I” in the subscriber’s resident registration number column, “P” in the client’s address column, and “H” and “H” in the applicant’s column.
