A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 8, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (unclaimed Measures after Accidents) driving a B-to-purd motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.125% under the influence of alcohol around 06:25 on May 8, 2018, and proceeded with a one-lane road in front of Busan Ho-gu Seoul apartment site as a remote distance from the view of a natural culture village room.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim D’s occupational negligence on the left-hand hand in order to provide approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim D, caused the injury to the Ha (the 62-year-old passenger) who is the passenger of the spawn vehicle in the Spawn site, caused the damage to the spawn salt Ha (the 57-year-old passenger) in need of medical treatment for about two weeks of medical treatment. At the same time, the Defendant saw the same passenger I (the 57-year-old passenger) into the spawn area around the spawn area in need of medical treatment for about two weeks of medical treatment and, at the same time, escaped without taking necessary measures, such as repairing the spawn vehicle, approximately KRW 3,987,432 of repair cost, and approximately KRW 1,602,786 of repair cost.
