Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A person who has violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury), violation of the Road Traffic Act (unclaimed Measures after Accidents), and violation of the Road Traffic Act is engaged in driving of B 2 cargo vehicles;
At around 13:40 on July 5, 2016, the Defendant driven the above Poter 2 truck and driven the three-lane road near the coast guard road No. 89 in Jeju-si, the Defendant proceeded from the unwaterside to the mountain village in the mountain.

Ultimately, the Defendant’s occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim C, who is a driver of the said SP car, such as salt, tensions, etc. of the sP car for about two weeks, on the part of the victim I (the 22 years old), who is the passenger of the said SP car, for approximately six weeks of medical treatment; injury such as a dyp, etc. of the dyp that affected the victim I (the 22 years old), who is the driver of the said sP car; injury such as dyp, dyp, etc. of the bones, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim E, who is the driver of the said sPP car; injury such as dyp, dyp, etc. of the bones, which requires approximately four weeks of medical treatment to the victim J (the 36 years old-old driver), who is the driver of the said sPP car.
