1. The Defendants jointly do so to the Plaintiff 4,984,512 won, and each of the above amounts to the Plaintiffs 2,989,674 won and each of the above amounts.
Reasons
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. 1) On April 28, 2013, at around 15:50, K (L) was seated at the bottom of the Nart Elevator in Daegu-gu M. However, Defendant I, the owner of Nmaart, and Defendant J, the employee of the said Mart, used an elevator for cargo transport installed on the third floor of the said Mart to move wastes to one floor, while moving wastes from the third floor of the said Mart to the outside wall of the said building, he did not discover K and caused an accident between the elevator and the ground (hereinafter referred to as “instant accident”).

B. In the case of the accident resulting in the death of the deceased, the defendants were the perpetrator of the above illegal act, and as such, all damages suffered by the deceased and the plaintiffs.
