Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2013, at around 21:50, the Defendant heard the horses “D” from the victim E, a business owner, at the main point of “D” located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, to the effect that “I will calculate only the drinking value, I will not be able to do so.”

(h) Nindogian funeral service; however, Nindon took a large voice, “I am funeral,” and took a bath while gathering two-way illness, thereby interfering with the victim’s main business operations for about 30 minutes.
