[Defendant A] Defendant A is punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
(a) No person other than a pharmacy founder who acquires medicines for the purpose of sale may sell or acquire them for the purpose of sale;
Even if the Defendant was not a pharmacy founder, on January 2017, the Defendant acquired 120,000 won in total from around May 2017, 2017, a total of 13,820,000 won from around 10 to around 20,000, a fake 4 Magra (30 Mag-Ma) and a fake Mag-Mag-Mag-si (30 Mag-Mag-Ma) which is the merchant of the South-gu Seoul Southern-dong market, as his name in the Southern-dong market, and acquired drugs for sale, such as a fake Mag-Mag, in total of 10 times from around 2017.
B. On February 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased as described in Section 1-A at the office of Busan, Seocheon-ro, Busan, 118-1 (U.S.), and sold medicines equivalent to KRW 151,00,00, total sum of KRW 151,000 for fake B, which was in storage, and KRW 10,000 for fake B, which was in storage, at the office of Busan, Seocheon-ro, 118-1 (U.S.) (U.S.); (b) and (c) 5 for fake C, which was in storage, at the office of Busan, Seocheon-ro, 118-1 (U.S.); and (d) from that time, from that time to June 20, 2017, the Defendant sold medicines equivalent to KRW 47,137,000 in total, 207.

No person who stores forged drugs for sale shall sell, store or display such forged drugs for sale.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around June 21, 2017, established in and near the Defendant’s residence in and near the Defendant’s ISP car owned by the Defendant’s G, 1 (3rd floor) and ISP car owned by the Defendant, to sell medicines for the purpose of forging C, 3,000 flusium risk 3,00 flusium flusium and 3,000 flusium risk flusium flusium (3,00 flusium), 1,000 flusium flusium, 500 flusium flusium flusium, 5,200 flusium flusium flusium (30 flusium flusium) and 300 flusium flusium 100 flusium flusium flusium 310 flusium
