A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than a pharmacy founder, may sell or acquire drugs for the purpose of sale, and no person shall sell, store or display forged drugs for the purpose of sale.

1. The Defendant acquiring medicines for the purpose of sale is omitted in the indictment even though he is not a pharmacy founder, but is corrected ex officio to clarify the facts charged.

On August 2016, 2016, at the D resting parking lot located in E-si, Dongcheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, the sum of 2.5 million won, including the sum of 27,100,000,000,000,000,000 won for the purpose of selling fake medicine (30,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.

2. On August 2016, the Defendant, including drugs, sold medicines, etc., in total, 2.6 million won, and 2.6 million won in total, from around June 17, 2017 to June 17, 2017, after acquiring them as described in the foregoing paragraph 1, in the area near Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1, and sold medicines of KRW 22,300,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, to the name of the non-person, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (2).

3. Around July 14, 2017, the Defendant stored for the purpose of selling fake drugs at the location of the Defendant located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and near the Iel parking lot located in Cheongcheon-do, Gangwon-do on the same day and the type of the Defendant’s operation in the vicinity of the Jancheon-si, Jan-si sports car, 5,990 straw 80 straw mix, 600 straw wale, 300 string presses, 325 straws, and 185 straw.
