Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the driving of Bone Star Co., Ltd.

1. On October 1, 2013, at around 10:30, the driver was driving the above van and had the vehicle registered in the public parking lot located in the front of the Doldong Office in the Doldong-gun, Daldong-gun, Daldong-gun.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering direction and brakes well, and by accurately manipulating them.

3. On the roads above temporary border such as those mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the said van was driven without a driver’s license as stated in the preceding paragraph.
