Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:20 on February 22, 2013, the Defendant, who is engaged in driving Category B, was driving the said passenger bus at around 00:149% under the influence of alcohol and continued to drive the said passenger bus at around 00:20, while under the influence of alcohol, and, at the time of permissible time, continued to drive the four-lane road in front of the entrance of the Gaman University located in the region north east of the wife population at the speed from the new direction to the natural campus at an insular speed, and continued to drive the said vehicle in the same direction to the same direction near the distance of the name.
