A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving the Grand Cross (accident) under the Road Traffic Act.
At around 23:12 on May 17, 2016, the Defendant driven the said van and proceeded with the alleyway in front of the Djuk point in Seobol University on May 17, 2016 at a speed of an aesthetic speed.
