1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 11,647,393 to Plaintiff A; and (b) KRW 11,647,393 to Plaintiff B; and (c) each of them from April 2, 2020 to September 9, 2020.
Reasons
1. The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or may be acknowledged in full view of the statements and images of Gap evidence 1, 2, 3-3, Gap evidence 1, 2, 4-1, 2, 5-2, Gap evidence 6-1, 2, Gap evidence 9-1, 2, 10-1, 2, 10-2, Eul evidence 1, 3-1, 2, 3-3, 4, 5, 4, 5, 5, 6, and the whole purport of the pleadings.
The Defendant developed the land before subdivision and implemented a project to sell and sell the land after subdivision by dividing the land of 16525 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “land before subdivision”) into several lots of commercial building sites and building a road adjacent to the public road.
B. On July 7, 2017, Plaintiff A entered into a sales contract with the Defendant to purchase KRW 572,520,000 with respect to the share of KRW 364,182, out of the land before subdivision, and paid KRW 60,000 as the down payment. The part of the land before subdivision was divided into KRW 364,00 (hereinafter “instant F land”) and was divided into KRW 364,00,000 for the instant land between the Defendant and the Defendant on December 26, 2017 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”). The sales contract was concluded with the effect that the remainder should be paid on January 12, 2018 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).
C. On January 12, 2018, Plaintiff A paid the Defendant the remainder of KRW 512,520,000 for the instant sales contract, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the Plaintiff’s name on January 12, 2018 for the instant F land based on the first sales contract.

B On April 11, 2018, the Defendant entered into a sales contract with the content that he/she would purchase KRW 690,800,000 of the purchase price for the purchase of KRW 364 square meters (hereinafter “instant G land”) from the land that was divided into the land prior to subdivision with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant sales contract”), and paid KRW 70,000,000 for the down payment. The remainder payment of the instant sales contract is April 201, 2018.
