Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

From May 9, 2013 to April 22, 2014, the Defendant conspired with C to build a new house in the vicinity of the said Drash site by the victim E, F, and G, a construction business operator, and the Defendant and C to build a new house in the vicinity of the said Drash site, thereby preventing the victims from passing through the said road, which is an access road to the construction site, by force.
