A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

In the indictment for the Hadman on December 2, 2013, the Defendant stated “Hadman on December 2, 2014” as “Hadman on December 2, 201,” but it is obvious that “Hadman on December 2, 2013” is a clerical error.

In order to communicate with X in China with mobile phones, and to carry in Metecopty cams (hereinafter referred to as “phiphones”), which is a local mental medicine, into Korea, and to purchase phiphones from China to Y, and to sell phiphones and divide profits therefrom.

Accordingly, X around that time purchased approximately 207.44 gh from AA’s house located in the Cheongyang-gu Cheongdong-gu, China, and directed Y to see and deliver it to Y, and Y divided Y into approximately 207.44 g of the above opphone into the Gamb 2, and mix it into the Pamb 12:30 on January 2, 2014, and entered the AB aircraft departing from the airport of the Chinese Cheongdong-do, Busan, Gangseo-gu, Busan, into the International Airport on January 15, 2014.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported approximately approximately 207.44g of philopon in collusion with X-Y.
