Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On January 2017, the Defendant: (a) administered the medication in a way that the meatized meats (one penphone; hereinafter referred to as the “oponon”) of the meat meat, a meat meat, which is a non-fluscopic mental medicine of the size of the meat at the site of repair of the housing located in the Blus Si of New Slus New Slux (hereinafter referred to as the “Sluon”) around the meat of the meat; and (b) meat down the smoke emitted by heating a cigarette in the meat of plastics, using plastic meat.

On May 15, 2017, when the Defendant: (a) when D residing in Australia transfers phiphones from China to China to Korea, the Defendant entered the unique cargo address as the Defendant’s domicile; and (b) received some of the philophones, the Defendant had the remaining philophones to the head of household in which D is residing; and (c) the Defendant promised to bring the philophones into the Republic of Korea.

On May 15, 2017, the Defendant remitted KRW 700,000 to the account designated by D as a penphone under the name of the Defendant, and D, through a name in the Chinese resident, packages 4.04g Handphones into 2.72 gram and 1.32 grams of each period, 2.72 grams and 1.32 grams of the penphones, sealed and packed them in the stacks, and stated the addressee as “E” and the reception place as “F”, and the said cargo may be sealed in a way that arrives at the Incheon International Airport on May 16, 2017 and passes through the customs house.
