Defendant

A is a person who actually operates I under the name of the wife J of fishery products wholesalers located in H 30 in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the defendant B is a person who has K of the NF's collective meal service project team.

1. Defendant A

(a) No person who violates the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products shall sell agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof bearing an indication of origin mixed with other agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof, or store or display such products for sale;

From around February 2007, while entering into a purchase contract with NFFC's collective meal service project group, the Defendant purchased and packaged the local village village village village village village village village village village village 7:3 ratio from LF's L operator M in order to supply the local village village village village, and falsely indicate the origin of the whole village village village village village, and supplied it to a school designated by NFFC's collective meal service project group.

From February 201 to April 2014, the Defendant supplied the Suhyup Group Group with totaling of KRW 84,496 g, totaling of KRW 1,064,618,832 by the following methods: (a) sold the country of origin by mixing KRW 25,349 g, a total of KRW 319,385,650,650 in China; and (b) sold the country of origin by false means in Korea.

B. On March 201, 201, the Defendant issued an illegal solicitation to the effect that he/she will not return or reduce the origin of his/her shellfish products, such as brine, etc., and would not return them to the organization meal service team B through I staff N, and to request convenience when he/she verified the origin of his/her shellfish products from the stairs front of the Seocho-gu Incheon Processing and Logistics Center’s entrance, and issued KRW 300,000 in cash on an envelope marked with I name plates, as listed in the attached list (2) Nos. 7-18, 201, from March 3 to November 2013, 201, the Defendant issued cash of KRW 3,60,000 in total on 12 occasions from March 1, 201 to January 1, 2013; and attached Form 3.
