1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On June 20, 1996, the Plaintiff reported a marriage with C on June 20, 1996, and had 1 South son as her child, and the Defendant divorced from her husband around 2002.
B. Around January 2012, Defendant and C have carried out mutual hostings from the first day of the Internet club hosting to March 2012, or exchanged and contacted Kakakakao Stockholm text messages using mobile phones.
C. At the time, C was living together with the Plaintiff in Daegu, and the Defendant was living in Busan. However, as described in the above B, the Defendant and C exchanged contact with the Plaintiff as stated in the above B, and she was her only at the restaurant located in the Busan Shipping Team.
On November 6, 2015, the Plaintiff, via C’s cell phone heart chip from January 201 to March 2012, 2012, had been viewed as a Kakakaok text message sent and received by C with the Defendant. Since then, C had asked C to commit an unlawful act with the Defendant, and C had the Plaintiff “the Defendant sent two times only, and the contact was not cut down later” on November 26, 2015.
E. On December 4, 2015, the Plaintiff became aware of the fact that “D” became a member of the Internet carpet, and on December 5, 2015, at the anonymous bulletin board of the pertinent carpet, the Plaintiff came to know of the fact that “D had the wind prior to three years.” The husband was a three-year period, and the husband was a two-month period, and the relation continued for three months at Kakakao Stockholm. The husband was a three-month period, and he was driving in Daegu through Busan and Daegu and directly from Daegu to Busan. I would like to think about the content of the Kakao Kakao Stockholm. I would like to see. I would like to see the content of her husband’s unlawful act. I would like to see that she was good to have been asked to her husband at that time, and that her husband was better for a considerable period of time thereafter.”
F. The plaintiff.
