A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 2, 2012, the Defendant discovered with C, along with C, that the F truck owned by the victim E was parked in front of the old-si Building D, and the Defendant: (a) reported the network around C; and (b) opened a driver’s seat by means of cutting it off; and (c) entered the said cargo vehicle, one 3,000 won in cash owned by the victim E in the said place; and (d) 1,20,000 won in cash in the market value of KRW 1,00,000 in the said vehicle; and (c) habitually stolen from around December 12, 2012 to August 16, 2013, both the Defendant and C were 27 times in total with the market value of KRW 2,210,90 in the same way as indicated in the attached Table 1 of Crimes.

2. On April 24, 2013, the Defendant’s sole criminal defendant discovered that the H cargo vehicle, which is the victim G, was parked on the road in front of the Geumdong-gu, Geumnam-gun, Geumsan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Geumcheon-do, Geumcheon-do, Geumcheon-do, and sought a driver’s seat to open a correction device by inserting it into the key hole and destroying the correction device by the above loading method and destroying it into the said cargo vehicle, and 40,000 won of G cash owned by the victim while keeping the driver’s seat adjacent to the said vehicle, and 4:00 won of the market price and 10,800 won of the said vehicle and 4:24, Apr. 24, 2013 to Aug. 20, 2013, the Defendant habitually attempted to steals or attempted to steal the said cargo vehicle by means of the attached Table 2, between the Defendant and the police officer at the beginning of Apr. 24, 2013.
