Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on January 18, 2007, and was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for special larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on July 22, 2009 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daegu District Court on February 6, 2010. On October 29, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on April 17, 201, and was sentenced to four times of the same criminal records.
1. The Defendant committed a joint principal offense with C, and the Defendant habitually stolen the property worth KRW 2,210,90,000 in total in the same way 27 times from December 12, 2012 to August 16, 2013, together with C, by opening a door of the vehicle by inserting it into the key hole of the E freight vehicle parked at the Gu-U.S. on the same date, and by inserting it into the key hole of the E freight vehicle parked therein. The Defendant habitually stolen the property worth KRW 2,210,90,000 in total, from around 12, 2012 to around 16, 2013.
2. The Defendant solely committed an offense: (a) around 02:00-4:00 on February 2, 2013, the Defendant: (b) opened a vehicle door by inserting the key hole of H cargo vehicle parked at the front line of the H freight vehicle located in the Ghyeong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and (c) committed a theft with the victim I cash amounting to KRW 50,000 in that vehicle; (b) as indicated in the attached Table 2, from January 2, 2013 to August 16, 2013, the Defendant attempted to habitually steals property amounting to KRW 386,000 in the same way by 28 times; and (c) attempted to habitually steals property over three occasions.
