Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 3, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year at the Seoul Western District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving), and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 11st of the same month.
1. The Defendant: (a) received money from Dong Neline D in exchange for a traffic accident; (b) received money from Dong Neline D; and (c) conspired with E, F, and G to receive insurance money by receiving the insurance money by intentionally causing a traffic accident and acquiring the insurance money by using HE-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-
Thus, at around 17:00 on October 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) operated the above Oralab and driven D with the Defendant, E, and F having driven the above Oralab; (b) forced D to stop the said vehicle in front of the Oralab in order to stop the said vehicle for the signal signal; (c) was partly shocked by D’s front part of the said Oralab; (d) received the accident from the Port damage Insurance Company, the victim, as if G had caused an accident due to his/her breach of duty of care; and (e) was in collusion with the victimized Company to receive the total insurance money of KRW 2,736,250 from the damaged Company on October 22, 2012, and then received KRW 2,736,250 from the victim company on October 31, 2015, and received KRW 460 insurance money as above in collusion with the victim’s 296 D insurance company through the aforementioned method as stated in [Attachment 1, etc.
2. On October 13, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at around 13:38, 2012, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, drives a H-to-purd passenger vehicle from the front day of the 317-1 So-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul to the front day of the 16th Army Welfare Service, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Busan, and from that time, from that time to April 4, 2016.
