Punishment of the crime
Defendant
B is a victim D (n, 34 years of age), the victim E (39 years of age) who resided in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu 401, and resided in the same 402 Do 402, and the defendant A is the birth of the defendant B.
The Defendants: (a) around 10:00 on June 19, 2014, Defendant B and the victim D were exposed to parking problems; (b) and (c) the victim D got home after undergoing an investigation at the police station on that day.
At around 16:00, the Defendants suffered bodily injury by suffering from the second assault from the Defendants. Accordingly, the Defendants have been dissatisfied with the cause, responsibility, agreement, etc. of the above injury case and suffered from the victims.
