A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 14, 2013, the Defendant was appointed to the E market by the Do Governor (hereinafter referred to as the “Do Governor”) on August 14, 2013, and is a local public official released from position on December 1, 2013.
On November 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00, at the night event at the Yongsan-gu Seoul National War Memorial Center, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, 29, and at the end of June of the year, 100, the Defendant had the opportunity to engage in a transaction in the direction as to whether he would be able to further develop the F High School; (b) at the end of June of the year; (c) at the end of June of the year; (d) at the end of June of the year; (c) at the end of June of the year; and (d) at the end of June of the year; and (e) at the 15th day of the year, he would have the opportunity to enter into the E market; and (e) at the high school, 6 or higher level and 50 high school origin will have the further impact on 16 or more years in our viewing; and (e) at the same time, 15th day and 25th day of the month.
Accordingly, the Defendant carried out an election campaign prior to the election campaign period as a public official who cannot carry out an election campaign.
