1. The defendant is against the plaintiffs each money stated in the "request amount" column by plaintiff in attached Form 4 for the list of total claim amounts.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a company running passenger transport business at the time of the preceding week.

The Plaintiffs are employed by the Defendant Company as a bus driver on the day indicated in the “day of death” column for each Plaintiff’s “period of service” in the attached Table 1.

B. Details of the wage agreement 1) The Jeollabuk-do Bus Transport Business Association and the Korea Automobile Workers’ Union established a wage agreement pursuant to the collective agreement (hereinafter “wages agreement”).

The main contents of the wage agreement applied from July 1, 2010 are as follows:

Article 1 Wages and Working Days

(a) the wages and working days of unions shall be in accordance with the wage calculation table;

(b) monthly wages shall be paid in direct currency to the Bourn on the 10th of the following month.

Article 2 Working Hours shall be based on 40 hours a week, and overtime and night work shall be conducted according to circumstances.

Provided, That in cases of urban buses, it shall not be regarded as two-day working hours for employees in the p.m. under the two-day working system of employees in the p.m. during the p.m. until the p.m.

Article III Bonuses

(a)for bonuses, 310 per annum shall be paid in equal installments once a year, and the period and time of calculation shall be as follows:
