A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;
A. At around 16:00 on March 20, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim C: (a) placed in a gallon box located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, 170 Home Stacker; (b) placed in a gallon ju City, one cellular phone located on the victim’s seat, which is equivalent to KRW 800,000,000, in the market value of the victim’s ownership, was stolen.
B. On March 20, 2015, around 16:20 on March 20, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim D included one cellular phone of 80,000 won in the victim’s possession, which was located on the F department stores located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, as well as the gap in which the supervision of the victim D was neglected.
C. The Defendant committed a crime against Victim H on March 20, 2015, and around 17:20.
At the gallon store located in the department stores described in paragraph (1), the victim H, who was placed in the gallon in the gallon box, was stolen with one 3 mobile phones equivalent to KRW 700,000,000, in the market price of the victim's ownership located in the gallon in the gallon box in order to place goods in the warehouse.
2. Around October 2014, the Defendant found one driver’s license lost by the victim I on the mother station platform in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, and one driver’s license.
The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.
Accordingly, the defendant has the right to leave from the possession of the victim.
