2016 Highest 2646

1. On June 24, 2015, the Defendant: around 14:50 on the 14:50th of June 24, 2015, at the 3rd stage of wedding Distribution Sound Room of the Korean New University located in Dongjak-gu Seoul, Dongjak-gu, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, with one cellular phone equivalent to 950,000 won, the market price of which is the victim’s ownership, was 50,000 won.

2. Crimes of larceny in Busan;

A. On July 31, 2015, at around 22:50, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim F, who was seated in front of the E regularly set in Busan Metropolitan City Shipping Daegu, with one glare in an amount equivalent to KRW 3,00,000, market price of KRW 1,100,000, and one glare card in an amount equivalent to KRW 235,000, market price of the victim’s possession.

B. At around 13:00 on August 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim G with a capital of KRW 1,200,000, cash amounting to KRW 1,200,000, the victim’s market price in the Songnam Park, Seo-gu, Busan, with a cresh of the victim G at a locking place; and (b) stolen it.

3. From around 03:00 to around 04:0 on April 20, 2016, the Defendant intruded into the second floor lecture room of the main school of a school of the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with the victim H from around 03:0 to around 04:0, and stolen one unit of S6 mobile phone at the galth of the market price of 800,000 to July 26, 2016, the Defendant used a total of 15 times in the building managed by the school juristic person of the victim’s household, and stolen the total of 10,830,000 property at the market price of the victims owned by the victim.
