A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From September 2014, the injured Defendant was dead between the injured Party C (Mever, 31 years of age) and the injured Party C.

At around 12:10 on September 24, 2015, the Defendant, on the 3rd floor of the “Enoman Bank” located in Yongcheon-si D, caused the victim’s face two times by hand on the singing door, leading about about 10 meters of the victim’s head, leading about about 14 days of medical treatment, and leading about about 28 days of medical treatment. The Defendant, on the 3rd floor of the “Enoman Bank”, caused the victim’s injury, such as catch, which requires medical treatment, and caused the victim’s injury to the left-hand cat part, which requires medical treatment for about 28 days.

2. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective injury with a deadly weapon, etc.) and his/her mother, who got the victim and the Defendant to have a dispute with money lent to him/her, etc., with the intention of threatening the victim by using a knife, which is a deadly weapon.

On September 24, 2015, at around 15:55, the Defendant purchased a knife, which is a lethal weapon, from “G” located in the Fri-si Fri-si, Yongcheon-si on September 24, 2015, and was traveling from Fri-si, Yongcheon-si, Fri-si to the head of Youngcheon-si Office, on September 16:0, 2015, and was traveling along the knife on the road with the victim aboard the knife-knife (total length: 37 cm, knife length: 24 cm). On September 24, 2015, the Defendant knife the knife-kin (total length: 37 cm, knifeth: 24 cm) and knife-kicked, the Defendant opened the knife-kin knif in the process of treatment of the victim in order to stop.
