A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

피고인은 2019. 7. 29. 01:40경 부산 해운대구 B에 있는 피고인의 집인 C아파트 D호에서 아내인 피해자 E(여, 35세)이 지인의 상갓집에서 술을 마시고 늦게 귀가하는 피고인에게 전화 및 F 메시지로 욕설을 하였다는 이유로 화가 나 피고인의 집 안 부엌 찬장에 보관 중이던 위험한 물건인 회칼(총 길이 36cm, 칼날길이 25cm)을 들고 피해자 E을 향해 겨누면서 “니 계속 씨부려 봐라, 주디 짼다.”고 욕설을 하자, 피해자 E이 반항하는 소리를 듣고 피해자 E의 어머니인 G가 달려와 피고인의 몸을 잡자 이에 반항하며 피해자 E을 향해 위 회칼을 휘둘러 피해자 E의 오른쪽 손목, 배, 왼쪽 허벅지 앞 쪽 등을 약 10cm 가량을 베었으며, 장모인 G가 피고인에게서 위 회칼을 빼앗자 작은방에서 위험한 물건인 회칼(총 길이 60cm, 칼날길이 35cm)을 꺼내 피해자 E에게 다가가던 중 이를 말리려는 장인인 피해자 H(66세)와 실랑이 하는 과정에서 위 회칼로 피해자의 왼손 중지를 베었다.
