A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while residing in Mapo-gu Carryover 206, tried to have a director in conflict between the victim D (the age of 41) and that living on the upper floor, but, on June 12, 2016, at around 04:00 on the date of the board of directors, thought that the vehicle owned by the victim was parked in the vehicle working space for directors at around 04:0 on June 12, 2016, and that the appraisal of the rest of the victim was explosiond, and that the appraisal of the victim “nicking him by the date of the board of directors,” attempted to kill the victim with a knife (the total length of 2c meters, 12cm) and 1 knife (the total length of 37cm) that were a lethal weapon at the neighboring Mar, and attempted to kill the victim.
