Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Although a person who intends to operate a livestock product sales business is equipped with the facility and reported to the head of the competent Gu, the Defendant, from February 21, 2013 to November 21, 2013, had the air conditioners in the name of "C" in the Daegu Suwon-gu B, and sold the raw chickens which is a livestock product of an amount equivalent to 50,000 won per day.
