Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to engage in livestock product sales business shall be equipped with adequate facilities and report it to the head of Si/Gun/Gu.

From January 1, 2012 to January 8, 2015, the Defendant run food eggs sales business, which is a livestock product, without reporting the livestock product sales business to the competent authority, in the “C” operated by the Defendant in Sinpo City B.
