Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who sells livestock products under the trade name of "C" in Gyeongsung City.

Any person who intends to operate a livestock products sales business shall be equipped with facilities and report it to the competent administrative agency.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from the beginning of June 2012 to November 11, 2013, installed a cooling house at nine square meters in the area of the above place without reporting, and sold approximately 6,000 won of the average of 6,000 won per day to many and unspecified persons, and operated livestock products sales business.
