1. The judgment of the first instance court, including the Plaintiff’s claim expanded and reduced in the trial, shall be modified as follows:
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. 1) The Plaintiff is a party’s status 1) The Plaintiff’s two farm under the trade name “D” in Hongcheon-gun Hongcheon-gun, Gangwon-do (hereinafter “instant farm”).
2) Defendant Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Samsung Fire”) is an insurer who owns and is a 15 tons dump truck E and the Defendant Samsung Fire and Marine Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Samsung Fire”) entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with Defendant Samsung Fire and Marine Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Samsung Fire”) with the term of contract from March 31, 2014 to March 31, 2015, with the term of contract of KRW 100 million.
나. 이 사건 농장의 시설현황 1) 이 사건 농장은 분만사, 임신사, 자돈사, 육성사, 비육사, 액비처리장, 퇴비사, 인큐베이터사, 관리동, 창고 등 축사 12동으로 구성되어 있고, 사료저장시설, 분뇨탱크 등의 시설을 갖추고 있다. 2) 이 사건 농장은 무창돈사(無窓豚舍, enclosed house) 무창돈사(無窓豚舍, enclosed house)는 용어 그대로 옮기면 창이 없는 돈사를 말하나, 개념적으로는 창의 유무와 관계없이 실내공간이 단열벽이나 천장으로 외부와 차단되어 있는 밀폐공간을 뜻한다.

C. Accordingly, the electrical supply of electricity to the farm of this case was suspended for about 30 to 5 hours (hereinafter “the instant case”).
