A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a Lone Star motorcycle in registering C without registration.

On August 30, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of 03:25 on blood alcohol concentration of 0.22% on August 30, 2014, and the road of one-lane in which the center line of sexual intercourse in the Seongbuk-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan City is installed.

In such cases, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to see the front side for the driver of the vehicle and to safely drive the vehicle in order to prevent the accident in advance.

B.
