Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person engaged in driving a non-registered motor bicycle 124cc.

Despite the fact that a motorcycle not covered by mandatory insurance is prohibited from operating on a road, the Defendant operated the above motorcycle on the road in front of the building in the Seodaemun-gu, Seoan-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City around December 24, 2014.
