1. Defendant C

A. The Defendant of acceptance of bribe (1) L receives a solicitation from L to “(a) so that (a)M may take charge of installation and maintenance and repair of the equipment for disinfection of out-of-the-child sewage treatment plants at K, and (b) various convenience related thereto,” and the Defendant’s title bank account in the name of the Defendant, for the same month.

2. Upon receiving each remittance of KRW 1.1 million and KRW 2.5 million on March 9, 2016, and received each remittance of KRW 4.5 million on October 18, 2016, KRW 3 million on December 14, 2016, and KRW 4 million on January 26, 2017, respectively.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted a bribe of 18 million won in total with respect to his duties.

(2) From E, the Defendant received a solicitation from E to “(a) to have the installation of measuring instruments for sewage treatment facilities that run in the K View Sewage Treatment Division (ju) N and O receive, and various conveniences related to the said construction,” the Defendant received entertainment equivalent to KRW 2 million, including alcohol and alcohol, from the main point of “R” located in Q on June 23, 2016.
