Punishment of the crime

[2] Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Gwangju District Court on August 18, 2010. Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Violences (joint injury) at the Gwangju District Court on October 25, 201, and the suspended sentence was invalidated and completed on November 30, 2013. Defendant AB was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Gwangju District Court on January 24, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 1, 2013.

[Criminal Facts of Crimes] A person who is not an entrusted business entity nor a national sports promotion corporation of the 2015 Highest Seoul Olympic Group of 4074 and a person who is not an entrusted business entity shall not engage in an act of providing property or property benefits to those who win the results by issuing sports promotion voting rights or things similar thereto, and no person shall publicize such similar act, or act of mediating or arranging the purchase of sports promotion voting rights or things similar thereto, and do so by using such similar act.
