Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A person who is not an entrusted business entity or the National Sports Promotion Foundation in Seoul Olympic Games, such as public relations of gambling activities, shall not publicize sports promotion voting rights or similar things and give property or financial benefits (hereinafter referred to as "similar act") to persons who win at the betting results, or shall not arrange or arrange the purchase of sports promotion voting rights or things similar thereto;
