The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2,00,000 won for the crime Nos. 1, 2, and 3 in the judgment of the court, and the crime No. 4 in the judgment of the court.

Punishment of the crime

On November 9, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on October 10, 2012 by the Seoul Central District Court, for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 17, 2012.

"2013 Highest 1822" was a member of the Internet brokerage site, and the defendant joined the self-introduction letter, and posted it as if he/she graduated from the Seoul National University, and received annual salary of KRW 2-300 million, and had the victim C, who reported it, received money and valuables from the victim C.

1. On July 2012, the Defendant forged a public document and forged a private document stated “name: A and E” in the name of the Defendant’s home located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D building B01 as if the Defendant graduated from the Seoul National University, on the ground that the Defendant had completed a prescribed course at the management department of the principal school and passed the thesis and examination prescribed by the management department of the principal school and passed the examination, and thus, he/she is qualified as a management administrator, and thus, he/she is recognized.

The Defendant stated that “Name A, resident registration number: G, and effective October 31, 2005- October 30, 2010,” in the name of a certified public accountant (registration number F) in the name of a person who was not registered as a certified public accountant in order to enable the Defendant to run as if the Defendant was a certified public accountant, and attached the Defendant’s photograph next thereto.”

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a certificate of certified public accountant registration in the name of the president of Seoul National University and a certificate of certified public accountant registration in the name of the president of the Korean Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a private document.

2. On July 2012, the Defendant of the forged official document or the display of a falsified official document constitutes a genuine presentation of a forged graduate certificate and a certified public accountant registration certificate to C who is aware of the forgery at the same place.
