Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 14, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Gwangju District Court Branch Branch of the Gwangju District Court, and on March 18, 2016, the same court sentenced one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny and completed the execution of the sentence in the previous prison on January 25, 2017, and on June 27, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the Gwangju District Court Branch Branch of the Gwangju District Court on June 31, 2018, and was sentenced to ten times of larceny in total.
Criminal facts
1. On March 8, 2019, at around 04:07, the Defendant: (a) entered the parking lot adjacent to the “D” residential building operated by the victim C in Sinpo City B on March 8, 2019; and (b) opened the pipe and electric wires in the market price, the victim owned by the victim, who was closely adhered to the wall of the building in question and installed on his/her hand, was stolen.

4.
