1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 5,000,000 won;

2. Where the defendant does not pay the above fine; 50.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a breeding facility in Kimcheon-si B.

1. A person who intends to install a livestock excreta discharge facility not reported shall file a report thereon with the head of the competent Si/Gun/Gu;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without reporting to the Kimcheon City Mayor, installed a 456.90 square meters of livestock excreta discharge facility in the above place from June 2007 to April 11, 2000, and raised a dog.

2. A person who raises livestock excreta from public waters without permission shall not ensure that livestock excreta not disposed of appropriately flows into public waters.

Nevertheless, from June 2007 to April 11, 2000, the Defendant, without reporting to the Kimcheon City Mayor, installed a dog-generating facility, which is a livestock excreta discharge facility, and raised a dog, and discharged the dog excreta into Doam, which is a public waters, through the inside waterways of the dog breeding facility.
