Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If a fine is not paid, 50,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to install a livestock excreta waste-generating facility with a size of at least 60 square meters shall file a report with the competent administrative agency.

Nevertheless, from November 201, 201 to July 26, 2012, the Defendant raised livestock, without filing a report on the installation of livestock excreta discharge facilities, by installing a 75m2 square meters (cases 1.2m x 2.5m x 25m x 25m x 35m x 35m m2) in the area B in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si.
