1. Details of the disposition;

A. Pursuant to Article 34 of the Higher Education Act, Article 35 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, and Article 45(3)2 of the Regulations on Delegation and Entrustment of Administrative Authority, Defendant Korea Institute of Education has been entrusted by the Minister of Education for the preparation, printing, marking, and notification of questions and the formulation and implementation, etc. of a detailed implementation plan.

B. In November 7, 2013, 2014, an examinee passed the 600,000 qualifying examination. Of them, 37,684 examinees, including the Plaintiffs, selected a global efficience among the subjects of choice in the area of social search and inspection.

C. After the completion of the examination, the Institute of Korea Institute of Education issued a correct response to the water-related experiment for the year 2014 by making the question No. 8 of the world geographic (hereinafter referred to as the “instant issue”) as “A” and “C (hereinafter referred to as the “instant fingerprint”) including the text of “C&C” and “C”, and the Plaintiffs did not state the specific response to the instant issue in 2014.

The contents of the instant issue are as shown in Attachment 2’s “instant issue.”

(2) Of the instant issues, “(2012)” indicated below the right side of the map is indicated as “the indicated in the instant year.”

In 2014, some of the examinees who applied for the dives global chronology filed an objection against the question of this case on the ground that the fingerprints of this case does not conform to objective facts with the Korean Institute of Education and Evaluation of the Korean Institute of Curriculum, and thus, it is true.

On November 13, 2013, the defendant Korean Institute of Education and Evaluation decided that there is no error in the correct response to the issue of this case by holding a working committee for the review of the objection.

E. On November 14, 2013, the Korea Institute of Education and Planning of the instant case at the Korea Association of Economic Regional Studies and the Korea Association of Environmental Education, and the meaning of indication for the instant year.
