Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 21, 2009, the Defendant prepared a qualification-based private document at the Gangnam-gu Seoul Licensed Real Estate Agent Office, and the facts were not delegated by ASEAN with the power to represent the preparation of the lease agreement with respect to 1907, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul. However, for the purpose of exercising the right to represent the establishment of the lease agreement, i.e., Jung-gu, Seoul, and Jung-gu, Seoul, by using a computer located therein, i.e., a licensed real estate agent E for the purpose of exercising the right to represent the lease agreement, i.e., “ Address: 1906, i., address: F, name: C; i., address “A; resident registration number; and resident registration number: 1907, resident registration number: H, name: i.e., Jung-gu, Seoul; and C and the Defendant’s seal prepared in advance with respect to C and subsequent names.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant prepared one copy of the principal apartment lease contract, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, by gathering the qualification of agent of C.
2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) above, delivered to J the completion of the charter agreement of a master apartment complex, as if it were duly formed, and exercised the charter agreement.
3. On July 22, 2009, the Defendant promised to return the deposit money for lease to the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jung-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, with a tample, without authority, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant received the money of KRW 1907,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of payment under C, a private document on rights and obligations.
4. The Defendant at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (3).
