Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] The defendant was sentenced to one year of a suspended sentence of six months for a violation of road traffic law at the Changwon District Court's Jinju on November 24, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 2 of the same year.

[2] On June 12, 2017, the Defendant driven D Poter trucks at the distance of about 10 km to the front road of the house located in Gyeongnam-gun C in the vicinity of the main station where it is impossible to find out the trade name in Sacheon-si under the influence of alcohol content 0.150% in the blood, without obtaining a driver’s license for a vehicle around 22:30 on June 12, 2017.
