A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 28, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of 00:50% of alcohol during blood, without obtaining a driver’s license, driving BSP car at a distance of about 3 KK meters from the front of the road at the window of Changwon-si, the window of the Changwon-si, to the front of the entrance of the village of the Changwon-si, the extension of which is located at the window of the Changwon-si, from the front of the building at the window of the Changwon-si, the extension of which is around 0:150%.
