A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2, 2010, the Defendant was issued a summary order of 2.5 million won for a violation of road traffic laws (drinking driving), etc. at the Changwon District Court Jinwon Branch on August 2, 201. On October 12, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, etc. at the same court on October 12, 201, and two years of suspended execution. On January 19, 2016, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 8 months and two years of suspended execution and determined on January 27, 201 as of January 19, 201.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle within 15 days, even though the Defendant purchased the above-learning passenger car from D representative E on May 2014.
