Purport of claim and appeal

The judgment of the first instance.

1. The reasoning of the court’s explanation concerning this case is as follows: (a) the court corrected the 5th five (5) of the 5th (5) judgment of the first instance to the Gyeonghee University Hospital; and (b) the reasoning of the first instance judgment is as stated in the reasoning of the first instance judgment, except for the addition of the judgment in this court as follows; and (c) thereby, the court cites it as it is in accordance with Article 8(2)

2. The Plaintiff asserts, as the grounds of appeal, that “The Plaintiff suffered from severe stress by receiving the quality of work performance from ordinary management, and had contact with and work for customers every day. On or after August 2012, the Plaintiff, who had suffered mental and physical symptoms due to the short-term increase in work after August 2, 2012, suffered from acute cerebrovascular in his house on September 2, 2012, and thus, the Plaintiff’s injury and disease caused a proximate causal relation with his work.”

The above assertion made by the plaintiff in this court is not different from the contents of the plaintiff's assertion in the first instance court. However, the first instance court's decision rejecting the plaintiff's assertion is justified by examining both the evidence submitted in the first instance court and the evidence submitted in this court Gap 17, 18-1, 2, and 3.

3. Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance, which dismissed the plaintiff's claim based on the conclusion, is justifiable, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit, and the costs of appeal are borne by the losing plaintiff.
