A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall compel a user of telecommunications billing services to purchase or use goods or services through telecommunications billing services and then purchase goods or services at a discount purchased or used by the user of telecommunications billing services.
