A The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months.

From May 1, 2018 to January 20, 2020, Defendants conspired to exercise overall control over the operation of Defendant A at the above “E” office, and Defendant B opened an Internet site “F” for the purpose of providing customer counseling and small-sum settlement services, and paying discounted money to the account of small-sum settlement parties, and posted an online advertisement “the website” for small-amount settlement, mobile phone small-amount settlement, information service charges, and 365 counseling and refund for small-amount settlement, and up to 80% of the total amount of money purchased at 10% of the total amount of money from 20 to 205% of the total amount of money purchased at 10% of the money from 30% of the total amount of money purchased at 105% of the money from 30% of the amount of money purchased at 105% of the money from 205% of the amount of money purchased at 30% of the money from 200% of the money.
