Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and four months.
However, for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive against Defendant C.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A, on September 30, 2009, sentenced two years to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Daejeon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Correctional Institution on August 4, 201, and Defendant B sentenced three years to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Ulsan District Court on July 22, 2010, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Correctional Institution on June 25, 2013.
On March 2014, the Defendants conspiredd with the “F” as if they were the visitors to the marriage ceremony in early 2014, and attempted to obtain the answer money that is paid as a return case from the money reception room to the visitors who paid the congratulatory money.
1. On May 3, 2014, the Defendants violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residence intrusion) jointly with “F” on the roads near Hwa Holdings located in Busan District, Busan District, on May 12:3, 2014, the Defendants intruded into the said wa Holdings by entering the cream in the cream in order to confirm the opening of the victim I’s marriage in the said cream in order to obtain the marriage answer money, as shown in the attached list of crimes, from March 15, 2014 to May 3, 2014.
